Lifting Barbells


Available socially distanced or virtually.

This is for someone asking:

  • Swim: I want to swim faster for less effort, can you look at my stroke and tell me what I need to do?

  • Bike: I want to improve my bike handling skills and become confident about climbing steep hills, cornering, and descending, can you show me how? 

  • Run: I need motivation to do hard sessions. Can you set me some sessions to improve my times, and be there to motivate me through?

  • Strength & Conditioning: I want to get stronger can you show me what strength work will compliment training and check my form so I don't get injured?


1-2-1: £25* for half an hour, £35* for an hour.
